Care Guide

Macarons
- Keep refrigerated, best within 5 days
- Best eaten 3-5 minutes out of the fridge
- Try not to let them sit out too long, the filling gets soft and changes the taste. If it's been out a while, pop it back in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up again
- Let the box sit a few minutes before opening if coming straight from the fridge into a warm room, this prevents the shells from "sweating"
