No Cancellations or Refunds:
Once payment has been made, orders are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for any reason, including change of mind or personal circumstances. Please review your order carefully before making payment.
Changes to Order Details:
Requests to change the delivery/collection date, items, or customisations must be made at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled date. All changes are subject to availability and our discretion. We are unable to accommodate last-minute changes.
Third-Party Delivery:
All deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. We are not liable for any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during transit, but we will do our best to assist if any problems arise.
No One Home:
If no one is available to receive the order, the driver will leave it at your door or a safe spot. A photo proof will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.
Please ensure someone is available if you prefer to receive the item in person.
Restricted Locations:
We do not deliver to Tuas, Jurong Island, and airport terminals (including Changi Airport and Seletar Airport).
Hotel Deliveries:
Customers must meet the delivery driver at the hotel drop-off point. We do not deliver to hotel rooms or concierge desks. Please ensure someone is available and contactable at the agreed delivery time.
CBD & Office Buildings:
For CBD and office building deliveries, customers must meet the driver at the designated drop-off area. We do not deliver directly to office units or levels.
Shopping Mall Deliveries:
Deliveries will be made to the designated pick-up point only. Please be on standby to collect your order upon arrival.
Handmade Products:
All items are handcrafted and may have slight variations in colour, size, or design.
Allergens:
Products may contain or come into contact with dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and soy. Our kitchen is not allergen-free, and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies are advised to consume at their own risk.
